This place is horrible. Me and my daughter went to get nails done yesterday and I asked for full set she was supposed to have a fill in they removed her nails without asking me charged me 105.00 . I had a mother and daughter that was beside me that both got full sets plus nail designs and only charged them 95.00. Each time I go they charge me something different even when I get the same thing and each time they the quality of work gets worse. I will not be returning.

I love getting my nails done. Jay does an amazing job. I let him use his creativity to design my nails today. I’m now ready for Christmas!!

I used to love this place but they will no longer have me as a client. I went in today to get my usual fill in, but she started cutting off all my nails and put a whole new set when that's not what I asked for. Then as she was doing my nails she cut them all different lengths, shaped them weird, I asked for almond and to me they look more Stiletto, all the nails on my right hand are slanted, didn't go all the way down so they look grown out and she left pieces of acrylic under my nails. At first I was just going to leave and not go back, but then my friend saw them and told me to go back. So I went back and asked to talk to them manger, and he didn't even get up to talk to me. I just told him what was wrong and said I just wanted my money back and not to worry about fixing them because I didn't feel comfortable. He told me to sit down in the front and started laughing at me with two others who worked there and left me waiting for 10 minutes. Finally someone came up to me and asked me what was wrong and I told him but he went and sat back down next to the manger, and left me waiting another 5 minutes. Finally he got up and got me my money back, at first he didn't bring me the full amount and I told him that I wanted it all back. So he walked back to the register and just turned around and brought me the same amount, I didn't even get all my money back, at that point I just took what he gave me and walked out. I am truly angry by this, and I will never be returning. I have also decided to report them for not giving me all my money back! Do not go here!!

Money wasted they don't listen to what you want. I had to tell them over and over again that the water was too hot or the towels were too hot. I asked for different designs and I don't I don't think I will be returning to this establishment until they can learn to do better .

I love this place! I always see Tom, and he is incredible. He's the best person to ever do my nails. He seems to genuinely care about perfection, and that means a lot to me. I have seen a few other people there, and they are all good. No complaints!

This maybe my new favorite salon!! My nail tech Crystal was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time!! She made sure not to hurt my nails as well.Along with acrylics I also got my eyebrows tinted, she did a great job!!!! I walked in and was squared away and seated in less than 10 minutes! Over all a 10/10 experience.

Lumpy nails are a no go for me. Have given them plenty of chances and it’s always the same. Nail tech bumped my toes and just painted over it and left them so bad. They used to be THE place to go but not anymore.
